At Wicked Grounds, we teach a lot of D/s classes. I'm honored to host classes from several of the deepest thinkers on the topic of dominance and submission in all its forms. But there is one class I've always found completely unique: Leading & Following from Alexandria, the somatic expert at Click Your Heels. Many classes will teach you great ways to think and talk about D/s, and that's useful! Leading & Following is different. It's the only class I know of to focus completely on non-verbal communication for D/s. Especially for long-term dynamics, this is a completely critical skill, and it's not easily taught! When we designate one person as the leader and the other as the follower, what kind of nonverbal communication becomes possible? When we choose to have a nonverbal interaction within a D/s context, how do those roles manifest? If we are familiar with Dominance and submission, how can those qualities we enjoy get expressed in facial expressions, gestures, the tilt of a head, and of course our energy? If we are new to D/s, how can we use the somatic approach as an entry point to discover and embrace our own internal Dominance/submission? We've offered this unique class for kinksters in a two-hour format several times. I'm delighted to offer a new six-hour intensive of this material from Click Your Heels this Sunday in San Francisco from 1:30 - 7:30 pm. You will not want to miss this. This workshop is for anyone interested in building their nonverbal communication skills within the context of intentional power, and anyone wanting to deepen or expand their D/s skills. This workshop is appropriate and welcoming for both experienced D/s players and kinksters who are new to D/s. Interested? Find out more on Forbidden Tickets I hope to see you there! xo Mir |

Hello kinksters - We talk about Pride Month, but I’m really getting into it this year! Last weekend, I attended Pride celebrations in my very rural northern California town. There were several bands, lots of helpful support and information, and my town’s first ever – totally packed!!! – drag celebration in our downtown movie theater. It was a very long day (and night), and I left feeling very grateful for it. I love the huge celebrations we have in San Francisco, but there is something very...

SpankLab is coming up on its fourth anniversary later this summer, and has been wonderful to see the idea of these kinds of playshops taking root all over the country! We are heading deeper into Pride month, and we have a lot of fun in-person and online classes for you over the coming weeks. Upcoming Intensives! We offer several...
