Howdy kinksters - We have some great events coming up for you this week, exploring the kinky mind and body alike. We have classes this week ranging from negotiation skills for complete beginners to workshops on how to improve parties, events, and spaces for folks looking to create community. This Sunday, I'll be offering house topping with canes and paddles at Play Party Called Milkshake. The host has a vaguely Wicked Grounds milkshake theme for the event, and you can get a taste of nostalgia with their Stabby Unicorn milkshakes while they last! All proceeds from the party will benefit San Francisco AIDSWalk. (Yes you read that right -- not all profits, all proceeds!) I also want to give a shout out to long-time friend of the Grounds and kink author/ educator Rebecca Blanton, whose new book Kinky & Complicated: Navigating BDSM with Mental Illness or Neurodivergence was released this week. I got the chance to read an advance copy of the book, and it's truly an excellent resource.
